Speaking on Burnley’s TikTok page, the goalkeeper was asked to name his favourite player.

Interestingly, the first player who came to mind for Trafford was Paul Pogba. The goalkeeper says that he really liked Pogba during his time at Manchester United.

The goalkeeper spoke about the £67m man.

“Who is your favourite player?” Trafford was asked.

“You know what I actually really like Paul Pogba, but as a goalkeeper it’s Petr Cech and Alisson are my two favourite goalkeepers but outfield I quite liked Pogba when he used to play for United,” Trafford said.

Alisson is incredible

We can absolutely understand why Trafford has picked Alisson as one of his favourite players.

Is Alisson the most entertaining footballer in the world? Of course he’s not, he’s a goalkeeper. But if you genuinely do appreciate the art of goalkeeping, there are none better than Alisson at the moment.

He has it all. Not only is he one of the best shot-stoppers in the world, he’s absolutely incredible with the ball at his feet, and he’s a fantastic leader as well.

Liverpool are so lucky to have Alisson in their goal at the moment, and when all is said and done, the Brazilian may well go down as the best goalkeeper in Premier League history.

Alisson is a truly incredible goalkeeper, and anyone who understands the intricacies of this role, can see just how remarkable a player the Brazilian is.
