Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has now named an Arsenal legend as the player he’d most like to have played alongside from the past.

It seems as if Jurgen Klopp has fully committed to the idea of Trent inverting into Liverpool’s midfield this season, something that is paying dividends.
Trent was instrumental in Liverpool’s recent win at Arsenal, a showcase of just how far the defender has come.
And perhaps with a little more time on his hands during his injury lay-off, Trent has now conducted an interview with the PFA.
The Liverpool player sat down to answer as many quick-fire questions as possible in 66 seconds, corresponding to his famous shirt number.
And one of the first questions Trent was asked was to name one player from all time that he would have loved to play with.
And whilst many Liverpool fans might have expected Trent to name Kenny Dalglish or the likes of John Barnes, he chose an Arsenal player.
Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold wishes he could have played alongside Arsenal legend Thierry Henry
Without hesitation, Trent replied: “[Thierry] Henry.”
And in fairness, the duo really would have been a deadly combination.

Of course, Trent is probably pleased that he never had to face the Arsenal legend whilst playing for Liverpool.
Despite all of his brilliant attributes, there’s definitely still question marks over the England international’s ability to defend one versus one.
But if the duo were on the same team as imagined, it really would have been tough to for any defence to stop.
That being said, Darwin Nunez will hope that he can continue to mimic Henry’s excellent movement in his future displays.
The forward was electric against Bournemouth and is still showing so much promise.
And perhaps Mikel Arteta would even like to have a striker like Nunez who is so focused on scoring goals.
But with January business in mind, it seems Arsenal’s most high profile move could be a player departure.
