Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has now been discussing the merits of Arsenal’s dramatic win at the Emirates last night.
The win sees Mikel Arteta’s side firmly back into title contention, and in truth, many Arsenal fans will feel the result was deserved.

It’s incredibly rare to see players like Alisson and Virgil van Dijk making such mistakes, even if Jamie Carragher has pointed out a certain weakness before.
But fortune aside, Arsenal did produce an excellent display, full of high pressing, energy and tactical nous – something you can often say about a Jurgen Klopp Liverpool side.
And following the game, Klopp was magnanimous in defeat, he too seemed disappointed with his team’s performance.
The German took a moment to speak about Arsenal’s display after the game in his press conference, and admitted that the opposition deserved to win.
Jurgen Klopp says Arsenal deserved to beat Liverpool last night
Discussing the game, Klopp said: “Arsenal deserve the three points, there is no doubt about that: they scored three and we had one shot on target, so that’s obviously the one stat that shows the most.
“We should have had more of that, we could have had more of that, but because of the story of the game it didn’t happen.”

If it wasn’t for a rare mistake by William Saliba, one that wasn’t helped by David Raya either in fairness, then perhaps Liverpool may not have gotten back into the game.
And although Arteta and his Arsenal team will be enjoying their win right now, they’ll know there’s still work to do.
Kai Havertz played a brilliant tactical role at number nine, but he will surely want to start producing more goal threat.
That being said, Declan Rice has now made a surprise claim about Tottenham after the game.
