Both Elliott and Salah scored for Liverpool against Crystal Palace.
So, what has Harvey Elliott said about his Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah? Let’s take a look.
Harvey Elliott praises Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah
Well, both Mohamed Salah and Harvey Elliot were in action for Liverpool against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Liverpool won the Premier League match 2-1. The Eagles ended the game with 10 men.
Salah scored for Liverpool in the 76th minute. Elliott found the back of the net in the first minute of injury time with an effort from outside the box.
It was Salah’s 200th goal for Liverpool, and after the match, Elliott, described as “special” by one of his teammates, raved about the 31-year-old Egypt international forward.

“If I keep talking about what I’ve learnt and how much of an influence he’s been on me, I think everyone will start getting bored.
“Ever since I came through the door he’s always been by my side and looked after me. It’s just a pleasure to share the pitch with such a legend. He deserved getting his 200th goal today, no one works as hard as him and as I say, it just sums him up.”
Mohamed Salah is a Liverpool legend
In my view, Mohamed Salah is one of the greatest players to have ever turned out in the Premier League and is a Liverpool legend. He really is.
Salah did not make a huge impact at Chelsea, but following a very successful spell at AS Roma, he took the Premier League storm after moving to Liverpool.
The Egypt international forward is one of the best goalscorers there is in the Premier League right now. He is very reliable when it comes to scoring goals.
Salah has been one of the most important players in Liverpool’s recent Premier League and UEFA Champions League successes.
The forward has made 247 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. Salah has scored 150 goals and given 66 assists in those games. The Egyptian has won the Golden Boot three times and was named the Player of the Season once.
