Ally McCoist has labelled Manchester City ‘slight favourites’ to beat Arsenal and Liverpool to the Premier League title this season.
Just two points separate Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City as we approach the business end of the campaign.
Jurgen Klopp’s men lead the way on 60 points, with Mikel Arteta’s side and City just a couple of points off the pace.
The Gunners are the most in-form side in the league at the moment having picked up five consecutive wins.
But many still believe City will find another gear and after Erling Haaland’s five goals in the FA Cup last night, Ally McCoist is baking Pep Guardiola’s side to get over the line once again.

Speaking on talkSPORT, McCoist was asked if he still believes Guardiola’s men are the best in the division at the moment.
“Just,” he responded. “I mean, Arsenal’s form since the break has been fantastic. Porto aside, I’m talking about their league form, outstanding.
“Liverpool are doing remarkably well considering the injuries. City, you’d be a madman to rule them out, particularly with the top fellas battering goals everywhere now.
“I’ve probably just got City slight favourites but in terms of is it good for English football? I think it’s good for English football if the best team wins the league.”

Guardiola’s men kicked on at this point last season and after their emphatic 6-2 victory at Luton Town last night, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them go on a brilliant run of form.
But Arsenal have been exceptional in recent weeks and seem to be finding their best form at an ideal time.
As for Liverpool, they will be spurred on by the fact this is Jurgen Klopp’s last few months at the club. Despite their injuries, the Reds continue to find a way to get the job done.
It looks set to be a memorable race for the title and with three teams currently in the mix, it could go right down to the wire.
