Ben Foster has shared who he believes will win the Premier League title after a weekend in which Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal all won their respective games.
The top of the Premier League remains as it was before the weekend. Liverpool initially extended their lead to four points, with Darwin Nunez doing brilliantly to score a 99th minute winner at Nottingham Forest.
Manchester City then came from behind to beat Manchester United on Sunday. It was a Phil Foden masterclass which got Pep Guardiola’s men across the line.

Of course, few were expecting Arsenal to slip up at Bramall Lane. And the Gunners lived up to expectations, putting six past Sheffield United. Mikel Arteta’s men now have the best goal difference of the top three after scoring 31 goals in their last seven league games.

“I think Liverpool are going to win the league. Simple as that. I think Liverpool are going to win the league. I think they’ve just found a rhythm and a way of doing it,” he said.
Title picture may soon become a lot clearer
It does appear that Liverpool are absolutely determined to send Jurgen Klopp out in the best possible way this season after he announced that he would be leaving this summer.
There was something special about the Carabao Cup final win over Chelsea, with Virgil van Dijk producing a colossal performance.
Of course, Manchester City are just a machine. And Arsenal will feel that they have a story of their own to write, with Mikel Arteta’s men going so close to winning the title last year.
With Manchester City set to face both Liverpool and Arsenal in the coming weeks, the title picture may become a bit clearer in the near future.
