Lauded by Julian Nagelsmann as a ‘world-class’ player, Liverpool missing out on Kimmich would feel like a hammer blow for Jurgen Klopp’s side.

However, with PSG now working to sign Kimmich this month, there could be too little time for the Reds to mount their own assault to sign the Germany international in the coming weeks.
And Jurgen Klopp seeing Kimmich head to Paris will sting for the Liverpool boss, who knows deep down that he would be an ideal coach for the Bayern midfielder at this stage in his career.
