Liverpool’s owners are ready to spend big and sign Kylian Mbappe if Mohamed Salah leaves the club this summer.
Jurgen Klopp‘s side are in a fantastic position now, aren’t they? They are alive and arguably the favourites to win every single competition, which makes them a very attractive option for top players. Mbappe, who PSG received a £259 million (Goal) offer for last year, is reportedly on their radar.

Kylian Mbappe has constantly been in the news over the last few days after he entered the final six months of his PSG contract.
Real Madrid still definitely want to sign him, and many feel he will eventually end up there – be it in the coming weeks or at the end of this season as a free agent.
However, Mundo Deportivo claimed this week that Mbappe himself is having doubts over a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
That’s because he feels he won’t be the main man at Real Madrid as Vinicius Jr already plays in his preferred position, while Jude Bellingham has been a star as well.
At Liverpool, however, the report claims the Reds will give him the throne that currently belongs to Mohamed Salah as the Egyptian could move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
It has been claimed that if Salah does leave, Liverpool’s owners, FSG, will try and sign Mbappe and make him an ‘idol and icon’ at Anfield.

Kylian Mbappe will be available on a free transfer this summer, but that doesn’t mean Liverpool can sign him for nothing.
The Frenchman’s salary demands will be crazy. He already earns around £888,000 a week (SalarySport), which is over twice as much as what Mohamed Salah currently pockets at Liverpool.
To add to Mbappe’s wages, we’re sure he’ll demand a signing-on fee, and that will not be cheap either. Real Madrid were ready to offer him £110 million just for putting pen to paper in 2022 (Sky Sports).
Liverpool are a club Mbappe ‘really, really likes‘, but FSG will have to make a massive effort if they want to sign him this summer.
