Brazilian defender Lucas Beraldo is a wanted man in Europe and both Liverpool and Arsenal are trying to sign him.
Beraldo is emerging as something of a star over in Brazil. The 20-year-old defender is already a regular for Sau Paulo and is attracting admiring glances from the Premier League and beyond.
Reports previously have claimed Tottenham have looked at signing Beraldo.
However, according to a fresh report from TuttoJuve, there is now solid interest there from both Liverpool and Arsenal.
Liverpool and Arsenal want to sign Lucas Beraldo
According to the report from TuttoJuve, Liverpool and Arsenal have joined Juventus in having an admiration for the young defender.
Beraldo, who is naturally left-footed, ticks boxes for both clubs in that he is young, as well as being able to play across the left side of the defence.
Sao Paulo are thought to value Beraldo around the £17m mark.

However, the Ecuadorian has a hefty price tag and Beraldo might well offer that bit more appeal at the price point he’s currently listed at.
Beraldo race will be heated
We’ve seen so much success with South American players in England in the last few years that it’s almost like clubs are now frightened of missing out.
Beraldo very much looks like another one off the production line and transfer expert Graeme Bailey recently lauded him as an ‘outstanding‘ young talent.
For Liverpool and Arsenal, there is obvious appeal in signing a top young centre-back at what is a knockdown price when it comes to Premier League money.
It very much seems, then, that the fight for Beraldo is on and Liverpool, Arsenal, and more will have to battle it out.
