It’s time for more Adrien Rabiot rumours.

We are between transfer window and that tends to mean rumours about the future of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The Frenchman is regularly linked with a move to the Premier League and has been ever since his Paris Saint-Germain days.

Now approaching his 29th birthday, Rabiot is coming towards the end of his Juventus contract.

That – rather unsurprisingly – means Rabiot is once again being linked with a move to England this summer…

Adrien Rabiot linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur

Corriere dello Sport now claim that Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have ‘positioned their radars’ on Rabiot.

It’s noted that Rabiot currently earns around €7million-a-year at Juventus, which works out to around £135,000-a-week.

The report suggests that Rabiot could earn even more money in England, whilst Bayern Munich have already initiated contact.

Rabiot – hailed as an ‘extraordinary’ player by David Trezeguet – was in a similar boat last year but signed a one-year extension and is now back considering his future again.

Rabiot is enjoying a decent season, bagging four goals and three assists in 21 Serie A games this season.

That’s a decent campaign but we just can’t see Arsenal, Liverpool or Spurs signing Rabiot – even on a free transfer.

Arsenal seem the most likely destination of the three given that they could add competition on the left side of their midfield three.

Rabiot could suit that role but Edu has mostly focused on under-25 players with potential to develop under Mikel Arteta.

Rabiot doesn’t really fit that mould and it’s a similar story at Liverpool and Tottenham.

Liverpool added a number of midfielders last summer and Spurs already have wonderkid Lucas Bergvall arriving this summer.

We just can’t see Rabiot heading to England and rumours of his interest smacks of agent talk, attempting to get a better deal out of Juventus or possibly even Rabiot.
