361 England World Cup star Declan Rice would be seriously tempted to join Liverpool if they bid for him, according to GiveMeSport.
Rice has already been linked with a move to Liverpool by the Telegraph as Jurgen Klopp looks set to bolster his midfield options over the coming transfer windows.
The Reds’ struggles in midfield have been evident this season, with Jordan Henderson and Thiago Alcantara picking up injuries at different points.
Of course, Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move for his England midfield partner in Jude Bellingham. But if the Borussia Dortmund man proves to be out of reach, they could push to sign Rice.

Rice tempted to join Liverpool
GiveMeSport reports that Rice is almost certain to leave West Ham United this summer and his price-tag is looking more realistic than it has at any point previously.
£70 million could be enough for a side to secure the signing of Rice and if Liverpool make their move, he would be seriously tempted by the idea of moving to Anfield.
Of course, Chelsea are widely seen as the favourites to land Rice due to his previous links to the club. But the 23-year-old has told people around him that moving out of London would not faze him.
West Ham will undoubtedly be desperate to keep hold of their star player but Rice only has just over 18-months left on his current deal.

Liverpool fans will probably prefer the idea of their side snapping up Bellingham over the summer but Rice could be a brilliant option for them.
The Hammers man has huge amounts of Premier League experience already and has played in the biggest games for England. Rice has been a standout performer in his position and at just 23, he could develop into an even better player.
Of course, Liverpool already have a player who is similar to Rice in Fabinho. But with the Brazilian struggling for form at the moment, the West Ham man would undoubtedly improve Klopp’s midfield.
