Liverpool have an absolutely massive job on their hands when it comes to replacing Jurgen Klopp.
The German is one of the Reds’ greatest managers of all-time, and finding someone to fill his shoes will be next to impossible.
However, as difficult a task as this will be, it’s one that the Reds now need to face head-on.
So, who is the right man for the job, well, speaking on ESPN, Shaka Hislop has named Brighton boss, Roberto De Zerbi as a manager who would be a very good fit at Liverpool.

Hislop shared his verdict on the 44-year-old.
“At the same time, on the list with De Zerbi coming in at second. I think that’s a very good fit, especially when you consider his playing style and who Liverpool have shown themselves to be, that’s a really good fit. There are some great coaches on there, and it’s a big job that I’m not sure how you handle that pressure,” Hislop said.
Could work well
This would be a risky appointment, but it’s one that could work well too.
De Zerbi’s style has already taken the Premier League by storm over the past 18 months, and with a bigger budget and more talented players at his disposal, the Italian could well take his career to the next level at Liverpool.
Of course, there is a huge question around whether or not he has the character to manage such a squad with such huge names.
Let’s not forget, Graham Potter was spoken about in the same way as De Zerbi during his time at Brighton, and when a big club came calling in the shape of Chelsea, Potter crashed and burned.
This is an appointment that could work, but it is certainly a risk.
