Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been putting his players through their paces ahead of the big Premier League clash against Manchester United on Monday night.
Both the Reds and the Red Devils have endured a difficult start to the new season.
And the Liverpool boss has had to contend with an injury crisis in the early stages of the campaign.
Darwin Nunez is unavailable due to his straight red card against Crystal Palace last time out.
A further eight players remain on the sidelines, as per Liverpool’s latest injury update.
Klopp remains without Joel Matip, Thiago Alcantara, Ibrahima Konate, Curtis Jones, Diogo Jota, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Calvin Ramsay and Caoimhin Kelleher.
With so many absences, the Liverpool boss has been giving a chance to some academy players ahead of the Manchester United clash.
One of those is Jarell Quansah, who plies his trade for the Reds Under-21s.

Quansah has been in the Liverpool academy since he was five, having grown up in nearby Warrington.
The England youth international signed his first professional contract at Anfield in February 2021.
Last season, Quansah made 23 appearances at age level, and made the senior bench twice.
“Outstanding”
In April 2021, Quansah and defensive partner Billy Koumetio were singled out for praise by manager Marc Bridge-Wilkinson after Liverpool beat Arsenal 3-1 in the FA Youth Cup.
“There were definitely two parts to the game,” the Liverpool Echo quoted Bridge-Wilkinson as saying.
“The way that we played in the attacking third in the first half and the start of the second half was good, we were very clinical in what we did.
“But as the game started to change and Arsenal got momentum, I thought Jarrell and Billy were outstanding in the second half defensively.
“Both Billy and Jarrell in this game, and at Manchester United as well, have shown their true worth.
“Sometimes, because we have a lot of the ball, people forget that those boys can defend the box really well and in those moments they look like real defenders – man-mountains.”
