Michael Edwards is back at Liverpool, and he has now been urged to have a meeting with Jurgen Klopp to change his mind about his future.
The Reds are gearing up for a new era from next season. These are exciting yet nervous times for Liverpool fans, but Don Hutchison has given Edwards a suggestion that would be ‘monumental’.

Jurgen Klopp announced in January that he would be stepping down as the manager of Liverpool at the end of this season.
The German is one of the best managers in the world. He is the biggest reason why Liverpool have been so successful over the last few years, and he will be a huge loss.
The perfect way for Liverpool to send him off would be to win the quadruple in the coming months. However, Don Hutchison thinks a late twist in the tale is still possible.
The former Liverpool midfielder has urged Michael Edwards to sit down with Klopp and change his mind about leaving the club at the end of the season.
He believes if Edwards can pull this off, it would be a ‘monumental’ move, one that would leave Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta ‘gutted’.
Hutchison tweeted: “M Edwards 1st job should be to sit down with J Klopp. 1..Ask him what will it take to make him stay. 2..Promise him 2/3 big names. 3..Imagine the impact on the Liverpool fans if he changed his mind. It would be monumental and huge for FSG and Edwards. 4. Pep/Arteta Etc gutted.”

Sir Alex Ferguson famously announced that he would be leaving Manchester United back in the day, but he then made a U-turn on his decision.
Liverpool fans would love nothing more than to see Klopp do the same this summer, and Michael Edwards would be a huge hero if he manages to pull this off.
However, Klopp was already asked about this possibility after he announced he was leaving, and the Liverpool boss dismissed it.
‘No,’ he confidently said in a press conference on the 27th of January, as relayed on BeanymanSports.
