There’s going to be wholesale changes at Liverpool this summer.
Jurgen Klopp is leaving the club after eight years in charge, and that leaves many of the Reds’ players in unchartered territory.
Indeed, many of Liverpool’s star men have only ever played under Klopp at Anfield, and this will be a huge shake-up.
Klopp may not be the only departure from Liverpool this summer as a number of contract situations remain unresolved.
There has been plenty of chat around Mo Salah’s future at the club, but according to Martin Lipton, speaking on The Spurs Show, Andy Robertson could be another who is out the door at Anfield this summer.

The journalist spoke about some of the changes at Liverpool when discussing Xabi Alonso’s future.
“I think he would be tempted by Liverpool but Liverpool need more of an overhaul than Bayern Munich. Look, Salah is going to go, he’s their best player, probably the best in the Premier League, him and De Bruyne over the past five years. Robertson may well go, they’re going to make changes,” Lipton said.
Keep him
Robertson’s future may well be up in the air heading into the summer, but Liverpool would be wise to keep hold of him.
Not only is the Scot a fantastic player, he’s one of the main leaders in the Liverpool dressing room, and he could have a huge part to play in this transition period at Anfield.
Indeed, there will be a lot of uncertainty and unanswered questions at Liverpool when Klopp leaves, and Robertson will be an important figure when it comes to helping the new manager settle and getting the group to focus on the task at hand once the summer rolls around.
Robertson would be a big loss to this Liverpool team at a time when stability should be the order of the day.
