On loan Liverpool midfielder Arthur is working hard in training to get up to speed with Jurgen Klopp’s demands.
He is yet to start a game yet and that has led to recent reports that Klopp has not been impressed with the new midfielder.
But journalist Guillem Balague claims those rumours are wide of the mark and that Liverpool’s coaches have been impressed with his quality and understanding of the system.
Arthur came in without a pre-season to adjust to life at Liverpool and came into a team which is not functioning as well as it has done in recent years.

He says that the midfielder has been doing extra training on his days off to get up to speed.
The loanee is clearly determined to make the move work, although Balague added that Liverpool have not decided yet whether to keep him on beyond January.
It is early days and October could be a crucial month with the fixtures mounting up and Liverpool looking to get some momentum together.
It has taken the likes of Andy Robertson months to get to grips with Klopp’s demands before eventually coming good, which underlines how tough it can be.
Arthur does not have that time but he is clearly doing everything he can to be seen as a realistic starting option in the engine room.
It remains to be seen whether he can do enough to earn a regular place and the international break will give him more chance to train hard and see where it takes him.
