316 Liverpool have been linked with a move to sign Wolfsburg defender Maxence Lacroix, a player who is faster than Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and many others at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp‘s side picked up yet another win from a losing position this afternoon against Crystal Palace. They are in a fantastic place now, and reinforcements in the January transfer window could give them the push they need to go all the way in the title race. Lacroix would be a very good signing.

Matip is likely to miss most of this season now, if not all of it. Liverpool need to replace him next month, and Maxence Lacroix is the latest name to be linked with a move to Anfield.
The 23-year-old has several attributes that are worthy of admiration, but the most impressive one is probably his pace.
Despite being 6ft 3in tall, Lacroix possesses fantastic speed. He is Wolfsburg’s fastest player, clocking a top speed of 34.5 km/h this season (SpeedsDB).
To put that into perspective, that’s faster than Liverpool stars Ibrahima Konate, Luis Diaz, Mo Salah and even the best centre-back in the world, the great Virgil van Dijk (SpeedsDB).
Lacroix plays like Rio Ferdinand
Maxence Lacroix has received a lot of praise since he joined Wolfsburg three years ago, but the biggest compliment that has come his way is probably from Bundesliga.com.
The German top-flight’s official website released a feature about the French defender, and they compared his style of play to that of Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand.
They wrote: “A centre-back cut from the ‘tall and lean’ mould, rather than ‘big and hulky’ variety, Lacroix has a certain grace on the ball that is reminiscent of former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand in his prime.
“Similarly able to glide out of defence and pick a forward pass to a teammate, his elegance masks a steely will to win and a healthy aggression.”
