Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Aston Villa will all fancy their chances of wininng the Premier League this season.
Jurgen Klopp and Mikel Arteta’s sides are leading the way right now, but Aston Villa are in incredible form, while Manchester City can never be discounted after their recent spell of incredible success.
It’s very difficult to predict who will win the league this season, but speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Football Podcast, Tim Sherwood has had a go at calling this one.
The former Tottenham manager has picked Manchester City as his winners, claiming that it will be very tight between the reigning champions, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Sherwood made his prediction.
“I’d still say Man City will win it,” Sherwood said.
“Liverpool and Arsenal you have to say will be in there, it will be so tight, Manchester United aren’t doing anyone any favours in terms of coefficient for the Champions League. Nobody is sure what the coefficients will be. That top five makes a hell of a difference.”
Can’t write them off
As nice as it would be to have new champions after a few years of City dominance, it is hard to look past Pep Guardiola’s side.
Any team that has Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne is capable of putting together an incredible run of wins, and when that form hits, the treble-winners may, once again, prove to be unstoppable.
For now though, there is ground to make up for City, and if they do allow a bit of a rot to set in, they could leave the door open for Liverpool are Arsenal to claim the title.
This will certainly be an exciting title race to watch, but, for now, City probably do remain slight favourites.
