Jamie Carragher believes Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp could drop Darwin Nunez for the game against Arsenal this weekend.
The Reds absolutely battered West Ham United in the Carabao Cup last night. They were dominant from the first minute until the last and completely deserved the win. Nunez played the whole game.

Darwin Nunez got the nod for Liverpool on the left against West Ham tonight, and he didn’t have a bad game at all.
The Uruguayan worked tirelessly for the Reds. He chased every ball and tried to win it back as soon as he or any of his teammates lost it.
Nunez, however, didn’t score tonight, which is a shame. He came close on a few occasions and even hit the post. But, sadly, it wasn’t meant to be.
Jurgen Klopp had to be smart with his substitutions ahead of the big game against Arsenal this weekend. The German took off Cody Gakpo but kept Nunez on the pitch until the very end.
Jamie Carragher thinks that’s a hint that the £85 million (BBC) Uruguay international will be dropped when the Gunners come to town on Saturday.

“It might be that man to miss out, but I actually think he has done really well tonight.”

Arsenal have the joint-best defence in the Premier League this season, conceding just 15 goals in their first 17 games.
William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are up there with the best defensive partnerships in the country, and we don’t think they would find it too difficult to deal with Nunez.
Gakpo, on the other hand, will drop deep, switch positions and make life difficult for Arsenal’s defenders with his movement. He links play up better than Nunez as well.
We think the Dutchman deserves to start against Arsenal on Saturday, but Nunez could still end up being the difference off the bench late in the game.
