Gary Neville has now shared who he wants to win the Premier League this season after victories for Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal this weekend.
Pep Guardiola’s Man City side started off the weekend in style, with Erling Haaland reminding everyone at the Etihad that he’s still the main man.

And then very little needs to be said about Arsenal’s trip to East London yesterday, especially if you are a West Ham United fan.
Mikel Arteta’s men were in ruthless mood, and showed the kind of tenacity of a Guardiola side at its peak.
And with all that said, Gary Neville then gave his updated thoughts on the Premier League title race on his self-titled podcast after Sunday’s action concluded.
Interestingly, there was a difference between who the pundit thought would win the title, as opposed to who he wanted to win it.
Gary Neville wants Arsenal to finally win another Premier League title
Neville simply wouldn’t entertain the idea of Liverpool winning the league in Klopp’s final season, given his allegiances to Manchester United.
But the pundit really did want to see a redemption story for Mikel Arteta’s men this year.

“But Arsenal, I want Arsenal to do it – for obvious reasons I don’t want Liverpool to win, as much as it would be a fairytale for Jurgen Klopp and what that would mean for Liverpool and him.
“But I just think in terms of what Arsenal did last season, where they just crumbled at the end, I would like to see them this season.”
Of course, it does now feel as if things are really heating up as we reach the ‘business end’ of the season.
Perhaps, if Arsenal are to win the Premier League, as Neville hopes, they will need to lean on their extended squad.
And to that degree, Arteta will have been delighted with the new role Ben White played yesterday.
