Liverpool haven’t necessarily got the deepest squad in the Premier League right now.
The Reds have struggled with injuries a fair bit this season, but, when everyone is fit, they do have one of the most stacked attacking rosters in English football.
Jurgen Klopp has no fewer than five incredible attackers to call upon in his squad, and choosing just three to play every week is an unenviable task to say the least.
Speaking on the Kelly and Wrighty Show, Ian Wright has been discussing Liverpool’s attacking roster, and he says there’s one player he’d never substitute in that attacking quintet.

Wright spoke about how much he admires Darwin Nunez, claiming that the Uruguayan should play every single minute for the Reds.
“I’m just looking at my guy Nunez. I feel he will have a big say towards the end of the season, positive, we can’t guess what he’s going to do. He’s chaotic if he plays and like I’ve said, I’d never take him off. He’d always play,” Wright said.
Darwin Nunez is too dangerous
We absolutely agree with Wright here.
Usually, you make substitutes to change a game, and if there’s any player in the Premier League who is capable of making something out of nothing, it’s Nunez.
This is the type of player you want on the pitch at all times when a game is hanging in the balance, and we agree that he shouldn’t be subbed in these big moments.
In our view, Nunez should only ever be substituted when he’s being protected or rested ahead of an important game when a match is already sewn up.
Nunez may not be Liverpool’s most clinical player, but there’s an argument to make that he’s the most dangerous player at Anfield now.
Nunez will have a huge part to play in this final title charge, that’s for sure.
