Glen Johnson has predicted the outcome of the top four race between Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool this season.
With England out of the World Cup, attention has started to turn back to domestic matters and the chase for the Champions League.
Johnson was asked by GGrecon who he thinks will finish in the spots required to qualify and he said Manchester City and Arsenal are dead certs.
He expects Graham Potter’s Chelsea to make it but thinks Antonio Conte’s Spurs may edge Liverpool and Manchester United out.

In answer to the question, he said: “Obviously, Manchester City and Arsenal.
“For the other two spaces I’m going to go to Chelsea, and I really want to say Liverpool, but I’m really not sure.
“I’m going to say Tottenham for fourth, which hurts me to say, but if I had to put my money on it, I’d say Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.”
Newcastle are currently in the top four and they may have something to say about how that chase eventually plays out come May.
They are not playing in Europe this season either which helps in terms of freshness and their ability to make a tactical plan week to week.
Manchester United are improving under Erik ten Hag but were also not mentioned by Johnson, which is an interesting observation.
