The talk around Kylian Mbappe’s future is dominating football discourse at the moment.
The French attacker looks set to leave PSG this summer, and the big question is, where will he go?
The most likely outcome looks to be that Mbappe will end up at Real Madrid, but there is an outside chance that the striker decides to test himself in the best league in the world and comes to England.
Speaking to Squawka, Glen Johnson has been discussing where Mbappe will end up this summer, and he says that if the attacker does decide to come to England, he will end up at Liverpool, dismissing Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United’s chances of signing him.

Johnson spoke about the £166m man’s future.
“If Mbappe was going to come to the Premier League, which club could you see him joining?” Johnson was asked.
“With the way it all is, you probably would have to pick Liverpool, because he’s not going to go to City. They don’t need him. Arsenal, I can’t imagine, would break the bank like that. Chelsea, he’s not going there at the moment. United, he’s not going there at the moment. So I’d probably say Liverpool, but even that I don’t think there’s any realistic chance,” Johnson said.
Going to Real Madrid
While it is exciting to start thinking about the idea of Mbappe coming to England, there’s only one way we can see this story ending.
Indeed, Real Madrid have been primed and ready to sign Mbappe for years at this point, and now that he’s finally ready to make a move, surely he’s ending up at Los Blancos.
Of course, if any club can spring this sort of surprise on us, it is Liverpool, but, in our view, Mbappe’s move to the Bernabeu feels like an inevitability at this point.
