Jurgen Klopp will still be without some of his first team after their exploits at the World Cup.
One player who will be available is Harvey Elliott, who spoke to The Mirror ahead of the match.
The 19-year-old spent the mid-season break working with his fellow Reds who didn’t go to Qatar.
An England under-21 international, Elliott’s a player who will hope to be in contention for the World Cup in four years’ time.

He burst onto the scene at Fulham, making his senior debut as a 15-year-old.
After making his Premier League debut he made the move to Liverpool, and has gone from strength to strength at Anfield.
A serious injury last season halted his incredible progress, but he’s played in every league game this season.
The teenager is working alongside a number of world-class players at Liverpool in a variety of positions.
Elliott has now said that forward Mohamed Salah has helped him a lot since joining the club.
The Egyptian has established himself as one of the club’s best players in recent times.
He certainly has a lot of skills and knowledge to pass on to Liverpool’s youngsters.
Elliott says Salah has helped him a lot
Speaking to The Mirror, Elliott said: “Salah is an unbelievable player and even nicer guy.
“So just to have him around me and giving me pointers on where I can improve on my game has helped me out a lot in the seasons that I’ve been at Liverpool.”
Elliott initially came through Fulham’s academy as a winger, but has been played in a deeper role by Klopp.
He’s filled in as the right-sided central midfielder for much of this season, working closely with Salah.

Going forward, Elliott already looks very comfortable, potentially helped by playing so closely with Salah.
However, he may need to improve defensively if that’s the role he’s going to fill long-term.
Jordan Henderson has been Klopp’s first choice in that position for years, and spent plenty of time covering for Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Elliott is considered one of Liverpool’s best young players, and has the potential to be a star of the future.
