Liverpool look to be back to their best.
The Reds are, once again, fighting on all four fronts for major trophies this season, and they’ve only lost one league game all term, even then that was via a dodgy VAR call.
Simply put, Liverpool are dangerous, and a big part of their recent improvement has been the fact that their key players have found their best form.
Virgil van Dijk has been imperious, Mohamed Salah has been electric, and now, Alisson Becker has earned some praise for his recent showings between the sticks.
Indeed, speaking on CBS, Micah Richards has been selecting his Team of the Year, and he says that Alisson has to start in goal, claiming that he’s in the form of his life right now.

Richards shared his verdict on the £65m man.
“Oh, there’s only one name we need, he’s in the form of his life, he’s the best shot-stopper, it’s Alisson, come on, you can’t have the ownership of all of the Liverpool players,” Richards said.
Incredible
It’s tough to say whether or not Alisson is in the form of his life right now, because he’s been permanently incredible for about five years now.
The Brazilian has consistently been one of Liverpool’s best players, while the likes of Salah, Van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold can have periods where they’re not firing on all cylinders, Alisson has been amazing at all times.
The goalkeeper may have been expensive when he was signed from Roma back in 2018, but he’s proven to be one of the best signings in the Reds’ recent history, and if Liverpool are to win the league this season, Alisson will have played a massive part in that.
The Reds are certainly lucky to have a goalkeeper who is so brilliant and so reliable.
