Conor Bradley says 31-year-old Liverpool player is always doing extra work after training

Liverpool have some of the hardest working footballers in the world in their squad.

Alexis Mac Allister went from being a Brighton loanee to a World Cup winner in a matter of years, while Virgil van Dijk went from being a Celtic player in his mid-20s to arguably the best defender of all-time in no time at all.

However, perhaps the hardest worker at Liverpool is Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian had to completely reinvent himself after a poor spell at Chelsea, and he’s now undoubtedly one of the very best players the Premier League has ever seen.

While the winger may not be the most naturally gifted player on the planet, through sheer hard work and determination, he’s managed to become a superstar and one of the very best in the world.

Speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Conor Bradley has been speaking about Salah and how hard the winger works, and he says that the 31-year-old is the player at Liverpool who is most likely to stay after training to do extra work.

Mohamed Salah does extra work after training

Bradley spoke about Salah and his work rate.

“Who’s the most likely to stay the longest after training is over?” Bradley was asked.

“Mo Salah,” Bradley said.

Works so hard

It’s not at all surprising to hear that Salah works this hard.

Let’s not forget, when Salah first burst onto the scene he was an inconsistent, dare we say it, pace merchant at Chelsea who barely made an impact.

However, his struggles at Chelsea seemingly spurred him on to become the best he can possibly be, and now, he’s probably the most relentless goalscoring winger the Premier League has ever seen.

Just look at Salah’s physical transformation over the past few years to see how hard he works, this is a player who is wholly dedicated to his craft, and that’s what makes him the best.
