Rio Ferdinand has raved about Liverpool target Jude Bellingham and has urged him to sign for Manchester United in 2023.
The young Englishman is probably the most-wanted player in world football at the moment. He has been a star for Borussia Dortmund in Germany, and he made a fantastic name for himself at the World Cup in Qatar as well.
Now, the focus is on his future, and Ferdinand has some advice for him.

Bellingham was arguably England’s best player at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Everyone knew how good the midfielder was before the competition even started, but for him to do as well as he did at 19 years of age shows that he’s going to be a superstar.
Ferdinand, like many others, was blown away by Bellingham. He heaped praise on the teenager before urging him to return to England and join Manchester United.
He said in a video on his YouTube channel: “Jude Bellingham has been a phenomenon.
“He has announced himself to the world now that he’s a player here to say. He has got so much growth, room for improvement still, but absolutely influenced games in an England shirt like we’ve never seen a teenager do for England.”
Later in the video, when he was asked to name one World Cup star he’d like to see in the Premier League, Ferdinand said: “Bellingham, English, flying the flag abroad, he’s done his bit in Germany, time to come home baby.”
When pressed to name a club Bellingham should join, the Old Trafford legend said: “Manchester United, bring him there. Make that your home, Jude. You come and help change shift the culture and take the club to the heights it should be at.”

Now that the World Cup is over, the focus of many clubs will be on transfers, and Bellingham is certainly a name to keep an eye on.
The Englishman has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Chelsea (The Athletic), while PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi publicly claimed he’d like to sign him. (Sky Sports)
It will be an incredible battle for his signature in 2023, but if a report from German outlet BILD is to be believed, Bellingham and his family have decided they want him to join Liverpool.
It was claimed last week that the teenager, who has been branded as an ‘unbelievable’ player by Jordan Pickford, will inform Dortmund of his decision to move to Anfield. If that really is the case, Liverpool fans should be delighted.
