Micah Richards has shared who he thinks is going to win the Premier League after Arsenal picked up a point at Manchester City on Sunday.

Liverpool certainly benefitted from Sunday’s stalemate as they headed back to the top of the league after a 2-1 win over Brighton.

Jurgen Klopp’s men now sit three points above Manchester City and two above Mikel Arteta’s side.

Off the back of Arsenal’s resolute defensive display at the Etihad Stadium, it’s led to a few changing their mind on the title race.

Indeed, Roy Keane backed Liverpool to win it after Arsenal held City to a goalless draw.Gary Lineker has also suggested he fancies Liverpool now after previously backing Arsenal to get over the line.

But one man who isn’t changing his stance is Micah Richards, with the pundit continuing to back his former side Man City.

Richards predicts title-winners after Arsenal draw at City

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club, Richards delivered his verdict on the title race.

“It’s a ridiculous question,” he said. “Everyone is asking this now and I would still go with what we said at the start of the season.

“There’s too many games left to say that because next week we could be talking about someone else going top of the league.

“At this moment Man City are still in touching distance and they are not playing their absolute best so I would stick with my prediction at the start, I would still say Man City.”

Arsenal, City and Liverpool’s next Premier League fixtures

Arteta’s side will be hoping to build on a positive result at City when they host Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium tomorrow night.

As for City, they face a slightly more difficult test as they play host to Unai Emery’s Aston Villa.

Liverpool will also play at Anfield next as they welcome Sheffield United on Thursday evening.

It’s fair to say that you’d expect all three sides to pick up maximum points this week, which would set up a fascinating last eight games.
