Newcastle have rarely got anything wrong in the market under their new owners. And it is most definitely an exciting time to move to St James’ Park with Eddie Howe’s men absolutely flying.
But of course, joining Liverpool is hard for any player to turn down. The Reds need to make changes in the middle of the park in the coming windows. And Kone would be a very shrewd addition given that he is still improving and not yet a household name.
