Alan Shearer has heaped praise on Liverpool youngster Conor Bradley after watching his performance against Fulham this week.
Jurgen Klopp‘s side came from behind to beat Marco Silva’s men 2-1 in the semi-final of the first leg of the Carabao Cup. Substitutes Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo were the stars of the show, but Bradley had a fantastic game too.

Liverpool were without Trent Alexander-Arnold against Fulham this week, while Joe Gomez had to play on the opposite side because of injuries to both Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas.
If James Milner was still at the club, he would’ve probably played at right-back, but Jurgen Klopp put his faith in young Conor Bradley on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old had a solid game. He was fantastic at both ends of the pitch, worked tirelessly throughout the game and was deservedly named as Liverpool’s Player of the Match.
Alan Shearer had a good look at Bradley, and he raved about the youngster in the latest episode of The Rest is Football podcast that was released today.
He said: “Big mention, you know, for the young boy, he came on at Arsenal at the weekend, Conor Bradley, right-back. And then he got his start against Fulham.
“He was brilliant, he was fantastic both offensively and defensively. For someone so young to come in, I just thought he looked absolutely superb.”

Liverpool are producing several top-quality young players from their academy, and Conor Bradley is right up there with the best.
The 20-year-old didn’t look fazed at all against Fulham. He dealt with Willian very well and looked really impressive at the other end of the pitch too.
Bradley also created a huge chance for Darwin Nunez, but the unlucky Uruguay international‘s shot was saved by Bernd Leno.
Liverpool have a huge talent on their hands in Bradley, and we’re convinced he has a massive future ahead of him at Anfield.
