Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said that defender Calvin Ramsay will play for the under-21s at the weekend.
Liverpool have suffered a number of injuries in attacking areas, with Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota now long-term absentees.
However, Klopp delivered a bit of good news on Ramsay, who has struggled with injuries since arriving in the summer.

An issue was discovered after his medical that forced Ramsay to miss much of pre-season and the start of the season.
Ramsay appeared on the bench for Liverpool’s first meeting with Rangers, but missed the three subsequent matches.
Klopp has now said that Ramsay suffered a ‘little setback’ but will be available to play for the under-21s this weekend.
Ramsay available for under-21s
While delivering injury news on a number of his first-team squad, Klopp did end on a positive note.
Ramsay’s first-team debut looks to be inching closer after returning to full training.
“Calvin is completely back in full training,” Klopp said.
“He had a little setback, he had a bit on the ankle so we had to keep him out, but now ready for the under-21s at the weekend, which would be absolutely great.”
Alexander-Arnold’s injury against Arsenal would have presented the perfect opportunity to Ramsay to break into the first-team.
However, it also coincided with Ramsay’s unfortunate setback.

Kostas Tsimikas says he’s seen some ‘very good stuff’ from Ramsay behind-the-scenes.
Meanwhile, Virgil van Dijk believes Liverpool have a serious exciting prospect on their hands in Ramsay.
There will already be a lot of Liverpool fans getting excited about their under-21 match against Everton this weekend.
If Ramsay is also involved, it adds an extra level of intrigue to the Merseyside derby.
